What is the program?   

Shop three times and save! Spend RD$9,100 or more on Amway.com.do for three consecutive months and receive RD$4,550 off + free Ground shipping on all qualifying orders in the third month.   

How does it work?   

1. Log in to your Amway™ account.   
2. Spend RD$9,100 or more on Amway.com.do in a single order each month for three consecutive months (including DITTO™ orders).   
3. On your third qualifying order, the RD$4,550 discount + free Ground shipping will be automatically applied to your cart.    
4. The RD$4,550 discount must be used in the third month and cannot be carried over.   

Who is eligible for this program?   

This program is available to Registered and Preferred Customers in the U.S., Canada and Dominican Republic. It’s not available in the MAC Islands.   

What is a qualifying purchase?   

A single online order of RD$9,100 or more (subtotal before taxes) made on Amway.com.do or through DITTO qualifies for the program. Purchases made through Create-A-Receipt do NOT qualify.   

Do I have to buy the same products each month?   

No! As long as each order totals RD$9,100 or more, you can purchase different products each month.   

What counts as purchasing “monthly”?   

You must make a RD$9,100+ purchase once per month for three consecutive calendar months. Skipping a month will reset your progress. If you miss a month, you must start over with Month one.    

Example: A purchase in June, July and August qualifies for the reward in August. However, a purchase in June, July and September would NOT qualify, since August was skipped.  

Does my DITTO order count toward this program? 

Yes! If your DITTO order meets the $150 minimum subtotal before taxes, it will count as your qualifying order for that month.  

What happens if my DITTO order is under $150? 

Only DITTO orders of $150 or more (before taxes) qualify. If your order is below the required amount, you will not receive eligibility toward this program for that month.  

Can I edit my DITTO order to ensure I qualify? 

Yes! You can adjust your DITTO order before the processing date to ensure your order total meets the $150 minimum.  

What if my order includes backordered items? 

Backordered items count toward the program as long as the order subtotal is $150 or more at checkout. The backordered item(s) will ship when available, but your purchase will still qualify for that month.  

What if a product on my order becomes temporarily unavailable and my subtotal falls under $150? 

If a product in your order becomes Temporarily Not Available (TNA) and your subtotal drops below $150, your order will no longer qualify for Buy, Repeat, Earn for that month. 

Here’s what will happen next: 

• For Orders: You will need to select a replacement product before completing checkout to ensure your order total remains $150 or more. 
• For DITTO Orders: If a product becomes TNA after your DITTO order is set, your order may process below $150, which means you will not qualify for Buy, Repeat, Earn for that month. 
• You will receive an email notification after your order processes if a TNA item affected your eligibility. 

How do I redeem my RD$4,550 reward in the third month?   

The RD$4,550 discount + free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout on your third qualifying order.   

Do I still need to meet the RD$9,100 minimum in the third month?   

Yes. Your third order must still total RD$9,100 or more before taxes. The RD$4,550 discount applies to your order after your cart subtotal reaches RD$9,100 or more, reducing the amount you pay.   

Can I earn more than one reward in a three-month period?   

No. You can only earn one reward per three-month cycle, regardless of how many orders you place each month.   

Can I earn this reward multiple times?   

Yes! After completing a three-month cycle and redeeming your reward, you can start a new cycle to earn another reward. For example, if you earn a reward in August (from qualifying purchases made in June, July and August), you can start a new cycle again in September.    

What happens if I skip a month?   

If you miss a month, your progress resets, and you must start over. You cannot earn the reward if you do not make a qualifying purchase three months in a row.   

Example: A purchase in June, July and August qualifies, but if you miss August and buy in September, you must restart with September as Month one.   

Does the RD$4,550 reward expire?   

Yes. The RD$4,550 reward must be used on your third qualifying order.   

If you do not place a RD$9,100  order in your third month, the reward will expire and cannot be carried over.  

How can I track my progress toward earning the reward?   

You will receive monthly emails updating you on your status. There is currently no tracking tool available on the Amway website for customers to monitor progress.

Can IBOs track a customer’s progress?   

No. IBOs cannot track customer eligibility for the program. IBOs can view past customer purchases using the Customer Order History and Customer List tool on Amway.com.co.   

Why isn’t my reward appearing in my cart?   

The RD$4,550 off + free shipping reward is automatically applied to the third qualifying order, when the cart subtotal reaches RD$9,100 or more. Please ensure you have met all purchase requirements. If issues persist, contact Customer Service.   

How long is this program available?   

If an end date is set, Amway will provide notice to allow time for final purchases and redemptions.   

What happens if products are out of stock?   

Backorders will be allowed, and purchases will count toward the program. If an extended out-of-stock issue arises, alternative solutions may be provided.   

If I am still participating in the “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” promotion and also participating in the new Buy, Repeat, Earn program, will I be able to earn both rewards in May?  

Yes, if you qualify for both programs, you will be able to earn and redeem both rewards in May.  

Here’s how it works:  

• Buy 3, Get 1 Free: If you purchased a qualifying Wellness Solution in February, March and April, you will receive your free Wellness Solution in May, as long as you place a RD$5,700+ order.  

• Buy, Repeat, Earn: If you placed  RD$9,100+ orders in March, April and May, you will receive  RD$4,550 off + free shipping on your May order.  

Can I redeem both rewards in the same month?  

Yes. If you qualify for both, you can redeem both the Buy 3, Get 1 Free reward and the Buy, Repeat, Earn RD$4,550 discount in May.  

Example of what you could receive in May:  

• A free Wellness Solution from Buy 3, Get 1 Free (with a RD$5,700+ order). 
• RD$4,550 off + free shipping from Buy, Repeat, Earn if you completed three RD$9,100+ purchases in March, April and May. 

When is the last month to start tracking for Buy 3, Get 1 Free?  

February 2025 is the last month to start a new track for Buy 3, Get 1 Free. Customers who purchase a qualifying Wellness Solution in February, March and April will receive their final free solution in May.
